WHAT TO EXPECT

Cosmetic Repairs (Curb Rash)

Wheel/tire removed from vehicle
Wheel is cleaned thoroughly
Damage will be sanded and removed
Tire will be protected from overspray
Wheel color will be matched and painted
Wheel will receive a fresh layer of clear coat
Put wheel/tire back on vehicle
Torque wheel to vehicle specs

Straightening (Bent Wheels)

Remove wheel/tire from vehicle
Mount and tighten wheel on straightening apparatus
Measure inside barrel with a micrometer
Heat wheel in bent area if needed
Push and massage bends with hydraulic ram
Repeat (heat/push) until entire wheel is within factory specs (30 thousandths of an inch)
Put wheel/tire back on vehicle
Torque wheel to vehicle specs

THINGS TO NOTE ABOUT STRAIGHTENING

There is always a chance a wheel could crack in process. Aftermarket wheels are more brittle than factory wheels
We currently do not have a tire balancer in our trailer. Customers would need to have them balanced after our work if they still feel vibration or wheel weights were removed to properly complete repair
Some bends are too extreme that are outside the parameters of repair, We recommend attaching any photos of bends with your quote inquiry if possible
